I've been back in the states for a couple weeks now, trying to readjust ...

Some of the finer points of American life are pretty appealing after a few months hiatus. For example, being able to walk out the door looking basically awful in sweatpants, tennis shoes and pony tails is great and while my peanut butter binge is sure to pitter out soon (they don't sell the stuff in Russia!), I've really been enjoying peanut butter on a spoon!

But in all seriousness, my time in Russia has been very valuable to me; I've made lasting friends and developed skills that I truly value. I can't wait to go back!
